Youth Mental Health: Anxiety and Depression Tool


Key Questions: How can I assess the risk of anxiety and depression in my youth patients? How do I manage these conditions over time in this population?
This clinical tool helps primary care providers (PCPs) detect and manage anxiety and depression, two of the most common mental health disorders in youth aged 12-24 years. The tool was developed to help guide conversations with patients and families over a series of visits, as appropriate.
